Base Allowance: Covers your core street address and standard incoming volume.
Overage Volume: $0.50 per additional received envelope or package scan over standard volume.
Additional Recipients: $5.00 per month, per additional recipient or business user added to the account. Each person, LLC, DBA, INC is considered a separate recipient.

Standard Open & Scan: $2.00 per envelope (Includes up to 5 pages).
Overage Scan Pages: $0.25 per additional page after the first 5 pages.

Outbound Physical Mail Forwarding (USPS Only)

For Customers electing to physically forward incoming mail documents overseas or domestic rather than utilizing digital scanning, the Company enforces a standardized, fixed logistics protocol:

Carrier Restriction: All physical mail forwarding is processed exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using standard Priority Mail or International First-Class/Priority tracking envelopes. The Company does not support private couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) for standard document forwarding.
The 10-Piece Bundle Rule: To optimize shipping costs, the Company will consolidate and batch up to, but not exceeding, ten (10) standard letter-sized envelopes into a single outbound USPS shipping envelope.
Flat-Rate Handling Fee: Every outbound forwarding shipment incurs a flat $5.00 handling fee to cover the physical labor of consolidation, labeling, and secure packaging. This fee is charged in addition to the actual USPS postage cost.
Overage Policy: If a Customer requests the forwarding of more than 10 pieces of mail simultaneously, the shipment will be split into multiple bundles, with each individual bundle incurring its own $5.00 handling fee and separate USPS postage.

Processing Definitions:

Mail (Letters/Envelopes): Includes opening and digital scanning of the contents. (Scan fee applies)
Packages: Includes digital scanning of the external shipping label and parcel identification only. (Contents of packages are not opened or scanned).
Delivery Cutoff: To qualify for same-day processing, mail and packages must be delivered to our facility by the carrier (USPS) no later than 3:00 PM CST.
Submission/Action Window: Requests for item handling or specific processing submitted via your client portal by 1:00 PM CST will be completed the same business day.
What is a Package?: A package is anything with a label attached.

Unidentified Mail" (Non-Clients)

Any mail or package delivered to our facility for an individual or entity without an active, paid service and a filed Form 1583 is subject to:

Return to Sender: Items not claimed or verified within 10 days may be returned to the originating carrier or sender address, when possible, in accordance with carrier acceptance rules and return procedures.
All rates are subject to change. Customers will be provided reasonable notice of any pricing updates before changes take effect. Prepaid services are locked for the duration of the paid term.

Note: Items delivered after the 3:00 PM CST cutoff, or requests submitted after 1:00 PM CST, will be processed and available by the close of the next business day.
