By accessing the Site, navigating our digital interfaces, clicking "Add to Cart," or completing a checkout transaction, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the following legally binding Terms and Conditions.

1. Instant Digital Asset Delivery & Strict No-Refund Policy

• Immediate Fulfillment: The exact millisecond your payment transaction is authorized at checkout, Business Paperwork instantly delivers a tangible, dedicated asset to you: the exclusive reservation and use rights for a specific Private Mailbox (PMB) number for a fixed term of twelve (12) consecutive months.

• Inventory Locked: Upon checkout, this unique address string is immediately removed from our public inventory, hardcoded to your account, and cannot be leased, reserved, or issued to any other individual or commercial entity.

• All Sales Are Final: Because delivery of the address asset occurs instantly at the point of sale, Business Paperwork enforces a strict, absolute NO-REFUNDS, NO-CANCELLATIONS, and NO-RETURNS policy. Your payment secures the 12-month lease of the address block; non-use of the address or failure to comply with federal regulations does not entitle you to a full or partial refund.

2. Mandatory USPS Form 1583 Regulatory Compliance

• Federal Requirement: Per United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations, Business Paperwork operates as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). While you own the address asset instantly at checkout, we are legally prohibited from receiving, processing, scanning, or forwarding physical mail or packages on your behalf until a certified file is established.

• Execution of Paperwork: You explicitly agree to digitally sign, complete, and email your official USPS Form 1583, along with two (2) forms of valid, unexpired, government-issued identification, to Business Paperwork within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase.

• Failure to Comply: If a Customer fails to provide a fully compliant, verified Form 1583 and required IDs, any physical mail or packages arriving at our facility under your name will be strictly Returned to Sender (RTS) per federal mandate. The 12-month lease period continues to run regardless of your compliance status.

3. Subscription Plans, Usage Limits, and Ancillary Fee Schedules

By finalizing your checkout, you agree to the baseline rate of your selected plan and bind yourself to the complete, current ancillary fee schedules published across AddressToday.com, which include but are not limited to:

• The $5.99 Plan Baseline: Includes unlimited incoming physical letters and incoming packages standard to normal mailbox operations.

• Open & Scan Fees: Requests to digitally open and scan mail contents are billed at a rate of $2.00 per envelope (covering up to the first 5 pages). Each additional page within that same envelope will be billed at $0.25 per page.

• Secure Shredding Fees: Document destruction requests for all mail types are billed at a rate of $1.00 (covering up to the first 5 pages). Document destruction for any page thereafter is billed at $0.15 per page.

• Forwarding Fees: All physical mail or package forwarding requests are subject to standard carrier postage fees plus facility handling surcharges as detailed on the Site.

4. Chargeback Protection and the $50 Surcharge Penalty

Business Paperwork delivers digital and physical access logs to merchant processors showing instantaneous delivery of the address asset at checkout.

• Chargeback Handling Fee: In the event that a Customer initiates an unauthorized, fraudulent, or bad-faith payment dispute or chargeback with their credit card company or banking institution for an instantly delivered PMB asset, Customer explicitly agrees to pay a $50.00 Back-Charge Handling Fee.

• Fee Justification: This $50.00 surcharge is strictly assessed to offset intensive administrative labor, data collection, record retrieval, legal filing times, and merchant processor penalties incurred by the Company to contest the dispute. Business Paperwork reserves the right to send unpaid handling surcharges to third-party collections or file for civil remedies in local courts.

5. Electronic Signatures and Affirmative Consent

By checking the box adjacent to the phrase "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" and finalizing your purchase route, you are providing a binding digital signature under the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). You affirm you have read this document in full, possess the legal capacity to bind yourself or your commercial enterprise, and agree to be fully liable for all terms, baseline rates, and ancillary facility fees outlined herein.
