Any client utilizing our Oklahoma facility address as a public-facing or marketplace-facing destination for customer product returns, exchanges, or parcel intake cannot operate on a standard consumer mailbox plan.
The Hub Account Mandate: All e-commerce return activities require a mandatory E-Commerce Hub Subscription ($24.99/mo USD).
Automated System Action: If a standard $5.99/mo account receives product packages or customer returns, the account will automatically be upgraded to the E-Commerce Hub Plan on the next billing cycle.
To prevent oversized freight and unmanageable volume from overwhelming our physical logistics space, the following strict limits are hardcoded into our intake rules:
Weight Maximum: No single parcel may exceed 50 lbs.
Dimensional Maximum: No single package may exceed 36 inches in any single direction.
Freight Ban: Pallets, LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, and oversized machinery are strictly prohibited.
The Refusal Rule: Any incoming shipment violating these limits will be aggressively refused at the dock and marked Return to Sender (RTS) via the carrier.
Every physical interaction with a return box requires manual labor. We charge for that physical "touch" on a strict, transactional basis:

Scanning the carrier barcode, inspecting outer box condition, and placing it on your dedicated warehouse shelf space.

Visual Verification
Snapping a clear smartphone photo of the package label and the product condition inside, then uploading it to the client dashboard.

Consolidation / Repack
Opening up to 10 small customer return mailers, discarding dirty transit packaging, and packing the clean merchandise into a single large outbound shipping box.
$5.00 flat labor fee (+ cost of new outer box if supplied)
Outbound Processing
Exporting electronic customs data, printing a new international/domestic label, and handing it to the carrier.
$5.00 flat handling fee (+ actual shipping postage)
Disposal / Destruction
Depositing unsellable, broken, or abandoned merchandise into the facility commercial disposal system.

International sellers routinely abandon low-value inventory when return tracking stalls. We enforce a strict timeline to keep our shelves moving:
Day 1 to 14 (The Free Window): A received parcel sits on our shelves for 14 calendar days completely free of charge.
Day 15 to 30 (The Accumulation Fee): On day 15, a storage surcharge of $1.00 per box, per day is automatically deducted from the client balance.
Day 31 (The Abandonment Point): If a package sits for 31 days without a processed disposition action (Forward, Consolidate, or Destroy) from the client, the inventory is legally classified as Abandoned.
The Facility Right: On Day 31, Address Today assumes full ownership of the merchandise. We reserve the absolute right to liquidate the items via secondary markets for 100% internal profit or destroy them without liability or refunding the account.
To protect our cash flow from international card declines or abandoned shipping invoices, all outbound handling and carrier postage costs operate on a Pre-Funded Wallet System.
Clients must maintain a minimum balance of $25.00 USD in their shipping wallet.
The "Forward" and "Consolidate" dashboard buttons are automatically locked by the system if the wallet balance falls below the projected carrier postage cost + our handling fees.
We will never purchase outbound shipping labels using our own capital.
